  9. To post a NON-anonymous article to alt.personals:

  11.     Just post like you would to any other group.
  12.     alt.personals is not moderated.

  14. To post an anonymous article to alt.personals:

  16.     E-MAIL your article to acs-post@alembic.ACS.COM.
  17.     Article must be 25 lines or less (not counting the header).
  18.     Everything after the 25th line of the message body will be
  19.     deleted. Anything after a line consisting of "-- " or containing
  20.     "---" or "===" ANYWHERE is considered signature and is removed.

  22.     PLEASE DO NOT POST TEST MESSAGES. Send a message to acs-ping
  23.     (see below) and it will show you what an article you post
  24.     would look like.

  26. To send e-mail to an anonymous poster or to anyone with an alias:

  28.     Just send e-mail to the alias as you would normally send e-mail.
  29.     The message must be 25 lines or less (not counting the header).

  38.     The message you get back will have a Subject: of
  39.     "Message RCVD" and will tell you your alias and
  40.     show what the article would have looked like if you
  41.     had sent it to acs-post.

  43. To get help, make suggestions, complain, etc.:

  45.     Send e-mail to "acs-admin@alembic.ACS.COM".

  47. If your user name contains any the strings "uucp", "news", "mailer","smtp",
  48. "deliver", "daemon", "root", or "postmaster", in either upper or
  49. lower case, or some combination, anything you send to acs-post, acs-ping,
  50. or an alias will be shoved in the bitbucket for recycling. Send
  51. from an account with some other username.

  53. I would strongly suggest reading the "Long Form" version of the
  54. Intro to the ACS before you try posting anonymously.
